Abstract

This article analyzes the influence of digital media content on the moral and aesthetic formation of students’ consciousness in the 21st century from a psychopedagogical perspective. Based on Karen Dill-Shackleford’s Media Psychology theory, the study examines mechanisms of media consumption, identification processes, emotional resonance, and moral decision-making among students. Empirical results show that positive media content contributes to the development of prosocial behavior, while negative content leads to aggressive behavior and psychological instability. The study confirms that regulating media influence through a mediapedagogical approach, developing media literacy, and applying moral and aesthetic education can be effective in students’ personal development.
