Abstract
The article discusses the role of our national heritage and values in the upbringing of young people, the role and importance of the "Musical Culture" lessons in forming musical and aesthetic culture in their minds.
Also, the issues of the harmony of musical literacy, moral education and refinement in the development of musical culture in young people are considered.
