Copyright Notice for Authors
For both the Journal of Multidisciplinary Sciences and Innovations (JMSI) and the International Journal of Political Sciences and Economics (IJPSE), the following copyright policy applies:
Author Retains Copyright
-
Copyright Ownership: Authors who publish in JMSI and IJPSE retain full copyright over their articles. By submitting an article to the journal, authors agree to grant the journal a license to publish, distribute, and share their work under an open-access model.
-
Open Access License: All articles published in JMSI and IJPSE are made available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This means that:
- Authors retain the right to use, share, and adapt their work.
- Anyone may copy, distribute, remix, transform, and build upon the work for any purpose, even commercially, as long as they credit the author(s) for the original creation.
-
Author's Rights: Authors can:
- Reuse the content in other publications, presentations, or materials they produce.
- Post the article on personal websites, institutional repositories, and other platforms without restrictions, provided the correct attribution is given.
- Retain the right to grant further licenses or sublicenses, as long as the terms of the original Creative Commons license are maintained.
-
Restrictions on Simultaneous Publication: Once an article is published in JMSI or IJPSE, the author agrees not to publish the same work in other journals or publications without prior permission from the editor of the respective journal. This ensures that all published articles are original and do not appear in multiple venues, maintaining academic integrity and preventing issues related to duplicate publication.
-
No Exclusivity: While authors retain copyright, the publication in JMSI or IJPSE is non-exclusive, meaning the authors retain the right to use their work elsewhere, but they must comply with the journal's open-access policy and ensure the work is not simultaneously submitted or published in other journals.
