Author Guidelines for Submission to German International Journals

Welcome to the submission portal of the Journal of Multidisciplinary Sciences and Innovations and the International Journal of Political Sciences and Economics. These journals are dedicated to publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed research articles in their respective fields. We encourage contributions from scholars and researchers worldwide, and our journals operate under an open-access model to ensure broad dissemination of knowledge.

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your manuscript. These guidelines aim to ensure a smooth and efficient publication process.

1. General Information

  • Journal Titles:
    • Journal of Multidisciplinary Sciences and Innovations (JMSI)
    • International Journal of Political Sciences and Economics (IJPSE)
  • Open Access Policy: Both journals are open-access, meaning all articles are freely available to readers without subscription fees.
  • Peer Review Process: All submitted articles undergo a peer review process to ensure high academic standards.
  • Languages of Publication: Manuscripts must be submitted in English, although contributions from all geographical regions and languages are encouraged.

2. Types of Articles

We accept the following types of submissions:

  • Original Research Articles: Detailed studies that present new findings.
  • Review Articles: Comprehensive overviews of specific research areas, with critical analysis of recent developments.
  • Case Studies: Practical examples or research-based accounts within specific fields.
  • Short Communications: Brief reports on specific, timely research findings or innovations.
  • Opinion Pieces: Analytical or reflective articles on contemporary issues in political science, economics, and multidisciplinary sciences.
  • Letters to the Editor: Brief responses or critiques of previously published articles.

3. Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal's online submission system. Submissions via email or post are not accepted. Please ensure your manuscript adheres to the following requirements:

Formatting Requirements:

  • File Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or LaTeX format.
  • Font: Use Times New Roman, size 12, with 1.5 line spacing.
  • Margins: 1-inch (2.5 cm) margins on all sides.
  • Title Page: Include the manuscript title, full author names, affiliations, corresponding author’s contact details (email, phone), and ORCID ID (if available).
  • Abstract: An abstract of 150-250 words summarizing the main points of the paper (including the aim, methodology, results, and conclusions).
  • Keywords: 4-6 keywords related to the content of your manuscript.
  • Main Text: Should be divided into appropriate sections (Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, etc.). Ensure that your manuscript is well-organized and logically structured.
  • References: Follow the APA citation style for references. In-text citations should be in the format (Author, year). A reference list should appear at the end of the manuscript, listing all sources cited in the text.

4. Ethical Considerations

By submitting a manuscript, authors affirm that the work is original and has not been published elsewhere or is under consideration for publication in any other journal. Authors are also required to disclose any conflicts of interest.

  • Plagiarism: All submissions will be screened for plagiarism using software tools. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized material will be rejected.
  • Ethics in Research: Authors must ensure that their research complies with ethical standards. Research involving human or animal subjects must adhere to ethical guidelines, and appropriate approval or consent must be mentioned.

5. Manuscript Review and Acceptance

  • Peer Review: All manuscripts are peer-reviewed by experts in the relevant field. The review process may take 4-6 weeks.
  • Revisions: Authors may be asked to make revisions based on peer feedback. Revised manuscripts must be resubmitted within a specified time frame.
  • Acceptance: Upon successful peer review and editorial approval, your manuscript will be accepted for publication.
  • Publication Fee: Since the journals are open access, authors will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) upon acceptance. Details about the APC will be provided upon acceptance of the manuscript.

6. Figures and Tables

  • Figures: High-quality figures (graphs, diagrams, photos) should be included as separate files. Ensure that the resolution is at least 300 dpi.
  • Tables: Should be included in the manuscript file, with proper titles and legends. Tables should be numbered consecutively and referred to in the text.

7. Copyright and Open Access Licensing

Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a copyright transfer agreement, which ensures that the journal holds the copyright of the article. However, authors retain the right to reuse their work for academic and professional purposes. All accepted articles will be published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, allowing others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work, provided the original authors and source are credited.

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure:

  • The manuscript is formatted according to the journal’s guidelines.
  • All sections, including title page, abstract, keywords, and references, are included.
