Abstract
This article thoroughly analyzes the role of culture and art in the life of society. In particular, the special attention paid by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to these areas in recent years, the adopted state programs, decrees and resolutions, as well as the significance of culture and art in the socio-spiritual development of their implementation, are highlighted on a scientific basis. The article also reveals the relevance of the President's policy through practical work on preserving national identity, educating the younger generation as comprehensively developed individuals, preserving cultural heritage, and promoting it globally.
