This research investigates the mechanisms for improving the implementation of the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) approach in preschool educational organizations. In an era defined by rapid technological development and innovation, STEAM integration has become an essential foundation for nurturing creativity, problem-solving ability, and analytical thinking in early childhood. The study emphasizes the role of interdisciplinary learning models, teacher preparedness, material-resource support, and inquiry-based instruction. Methodological procedures included diagnostic analysis, experimental observation, and multi-stage evaluation to assess the effectiveness of STEAM-based activities. The findings confirm that children involved in systematic STEAM learning demonstrate increased curiosity, collaboration, engineering thinking, and creative expression. The article concludes that improving infrastructure, professional development strategies, and curriculum integration mechanisms is critical for sustaining high-quality STEAM education in preschool settings.
