Abstract

This article examines the aims and objectives of the “Bolajon” preschool curriculum as a foundational program for early childhood education. It conceptualizes the curriculum as a system that integrates care, upbringing, and learning, and highlights its orientation toward comprehensive child development from early age through the 6–7 age group. Particular emphasis is placed on the curriculum’s alignment with state requirements for child development and on its structured objectives in physical growth, socio-emotional maturation, speech and language development, cognitive development, and school readiness. The article also outlines key pedagogical principles for implementation, including play-based learning, developmental appropriateness, inclusivity, and collaboration with families, positioning the “Bolajon” curriculum as an instrument for ensuring continuity between preschool education and primary schooling.
