IMPROVING THE JUMPING ABILITY OF 15-16-YEAR-OLD VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS THROUGH SPECIAL EXERCISES

Abstract
This article aims to improve the jumping ability of 15-16-year-old volleyball players through special exercises. The execution of each technical method in the game of volleyball consists of a system of movements that are interconnected. Thoughts and comments are given about the technique of movements, the movements that are necessary and sufficient for solving movement tasks in a certain way.
