DEVELOPING THE PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN THROUGH SPECIALIZED EXERCISES AND ACTIVE GAMES.

Abstract
The article discusses creating conditions for preschool children during training periods to develop their individual abilities, reveal their essential skills and the reserve capacities of their bodies, and gradually improve their physical fitness and abilities. It also examines opportunities for acquiring and enhancing technical-tactical skills in their chosen sport.
At the initial stage of training, particular attention is given to the physical development of children, strengthening the musculoskeletal system, and forming physical qualities such as speed, coordination abilities, agility, and so on. The article also emphasizes the importance of using national movement-based games in physical training, taking into account the characteristics of the child’s body, their level of physical development, and overall preparedness.
