DIDACTIC CAPABILITIES OF GYMNASTIC TOOLS AND THEIR ROLE IN TRAINING TEACHING STAFF
Main Article Content
Abstract
The article analyzes the didactic potential of gymnastic tools and their role in the process of training pedagogical personnel, in particular, future physical education teachers, from a theoretical and practical perspective. The purpose of the study is to scientifically identify the possibilities of developing the professional competence of future teachers - methodological, communicative, organizational, reflexive and technological competencies - through gymnastic exercises, equipment, movement games and interactive tools. The methodology includes theoretical analysis, pedagogical observation, questionnaires and interviews, diagnostic tests and a small pedagogical experiment based on systematic, competency-based, activity-oriented and innovative approaches. The results showed that the systematic use of gymnastic exercises significantly improved students' coordination, balance, strength, endurance and technical performance indicators, as well as methodological skills such as teaching exercises, ensuring safety, identifying and correcting errors, and organizing a lesson. The results of statistical analysis (t-test, ANOVA) confirmed the scientific reliability of the changes. The author substantiates that gymnastic equipment is an effective didactic resource in pedagogical education that comprehensively develops not only physical fitness, but also professional competencies, and provides scientific and practical conclusions on their widespread introduction into the system of training future physical education teachers.
