The article discusses the mechanisms of development of flexibility skills in high school students, the interconnected development of flexibility skills during volleyball training. The study identifies the superiority of volleyball in improving physical fitness among high school students. The current educational system is moving from traditional approaches to modern, person-oriented, scientifically based pedagogical technologies in organizing physical education and sports.
