This article highlights the importance of developing interpersonal conflict resolution skills in future educators. It analyzes the theoretical foundations, key components, and technological stages of forming conflict resolution competence. The study demonstrates the role of emotional intelligence, communication culture, and mediation technologies in creating a positive pedagogical environment. Additionally, effective educational technologies used in training programs for educators in the United States are described with examples.
