Abstract

This study explores modern digital approaches in assessing students’ social and emotional development. Social-emotional competencies, including empathy, self-regulation, emotional resilience, and interpersonal communication, are essential for students’ personal growth and academic success. The integration of digital diagnostic tools, such as online assessments, mobile applications, artificial intelligence systems, and virtual simulations, allows educators to monitor, analyze, and support these competencies effectively. These approaches provide objective, timely, and individualized insights into students’ emotional and social development, enabling tailored interventions and enhancing overall educational outcomes. Ethical considerations, data privacy, and teacher involvement are critical for the effective implementation of digital assessment strategies.
