This article examines the specific needs of adolescent children in a rapidly developing digital environment. It analyzes how digital technologies affect their cognitive, emotional, social, and personal development. Special attention is given to adolescents’ needs for safety, digital literacy, communication, creativity, self-expression, and psychosocial support. The study highlights the importance of creating a balanced and healthy digital ecosystem that promotes responsible technology use, protects adolescents from online risks, and enhances their educational and social opportunities. Recommendations are provided for educators, parents, and policymakers to ensure that digital platforms effectively support adolescents' developmental needs.
