Abstract

This article analyzes the pedagogical and psychological characteristics of preparing future educators for professional pedagogy. It highlights the formation of professional competence, pedagogical abilities, psychological readiness, communication culture, and effective skills for working with children. The article also examines modern methods of developing personal qualities, motivation, and readiness of future educators for professional activity.
