Healthy nutrition is a cornerstone of disease prevention, health promotion, and longevity. Scientific evidence increasingly confirms that balanced dietary patterns significantly reduce the risk of non-communicable diseases and improve overall quality of life. This article aims to analyze the fundamental rules of healthy nutrition, their physiological basis, and their impact on human health using a scientific and evidence-based approach.
