THE ROLE OF LIFESTYLE IN PREVENTING HEART DISEASES
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper discusses the importance of a healthy lifestyle in the prevention of heart diseases. It highlights how factors such as a balanced diet, regular physical activity, stress management, and avoidance of harmful habits like smoking and excessive alcohol consumption can significantly reduce the risk of cardiovascular disorders. The study also examines the relationship between obesity, hypertension, and heart health, emphasizing the role of preventive medicine and public awareness in maintaining cardiovascular well-being. Adopting healthy lifestyle habits from an early age can lead to a longer and healthier life free from heart disease.
