In the context of the growing need for a healthy lifestyle among the population, enriching modern fitness programs based on national values is of great importance. This article analyzes the physical, psychological, and educational potential of local traditional games and highlights the prospects for developing modern fitness training programs based on them. The possibilities of creating health-oriented, motivational, and mass fitness programs through the integration of traditional games with functional exercises are scientifically and theoretically substantiated.
