Abstract

This article analyzes the technological and practical foundations for developing akmeological competence among university students. The study highlights the role of reflective learning technologies, innovative pedagogical tools, creative developmental approaches, and activity-based methods in enhancing students’ professional growth potential. A conceptual model outlining the stages of akmeological competence formation — including theoretical preparation, methodological design, activity implementation, digital-practical engagement, and reflective evaluation — is presented. The article also substantiates the pedagogical conditions that foster self-awareness, creative thinking, independent decision-making, and readiness for sustained professional development. Practical examples are provided to illustrate how integrated instructional technologies and digital learning environments contribute to the effective formation of akmeological competence.
