SOCIAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF PROFESSIONAL SATISFACTION LEVELS IN TEACHERS

The article examines teachers’ professional satisfaction and the socio-psychological factors influencing it. It was found that internal locus of control, work experience, interpersonal relationships, team socio-psychological climate, and motivation for professional development significantly affect job satisfaction. Gender also serves as an important factor in determining teachers’ satisfaction levels. The study emphasizes the importance of fostering a positive psychological climate and enhancing communicative competence to improve teachers’ psychological stability and professional effectiveness. The content is based on a review of scientific literature.
