Abstract

Bo‘riboy Ahmedov’s work “Lessons from History” appears to rely on a number of key primary sources, including contemporary chronicles produced during the Shaybanid period, official documents, and other historical materials. These sources provide invaluable information about the everyday life, political events, and cultural practices of that era. However, it should be emphasized that primary sources are not free from limitations. They may be influenced by the subjective views and biases of their authors, may be incomplete due to loss or damage over time, or may present a selective or idealized representation of historical events.
