This study examines teacher professional development (TPD) in the digital age by analyzing the interrelationship between digital competence, pedagogical innovation, and institutional support. As educational systems increasingly integrate digital technologies, teachers are expected to adapt their instructional practices and continuously update their professional skills. However, disparities in digital readiness and organizational support often limit effective technology integration.
