This article examines the theoretical foundations of modern pedagogical practices, explores the main challenges faced by educators, and analyzes innovative teaching strategies such as project-based learning, flipped classrooms, and digital integration. The study synthesizes current literature on professional development, student-centered learning, and pedagogical innovations, providing a framework for enhancing teaching quality and educational effectiveness. Recommendations for policymakers and institutions emphasize continuous professional training, adoption of innovative methodologies, and institutional support to empower educators in rapidly changing educational contexts.
