The volume and intensity of training loads in the annual training cycle of football players are not constant quantities; they change unevenly. Therefore, their duration is monitored based on relevant data, while the curve of training-load intensity is tracked according to the amount of load (high, medium, low). Analyzing this information makes it possible to develop principal schemes for distributing loads within the annual training cycle of football players.
