Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of the digital environment, in particular, social networks, on the human psyche from a scientific, theoretical and practical perspective. The positive and negative aspects of using social networks, their factors affecting mental health, aspects related to stress, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem are studied. The study used modern scientific sources, questionnaires and statistical methods. Based on the results obtained, scientific and practical recommendations were developed on the rational use of digital technologies.
