Abstract

The integration of digital technologies has become an important part of modern foreign language teaching in higher education. This study evaluates the effectiveness of digital tools in English language instruction by combining international research with a local classroom-based case study at International Digital University. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the study analyzes classroom observation, student participation, and learning performance before and after the use of digital tools. The findings show that digital tools increase learner motivation, engagement, and language skill development, although challenges related to digital literacy and access to technology remain.
