Abstract

This article examines the speech culture of preschool teachers as a key component of professional competence. The study analyzes the influence of teachers’ speech on children’s speech development, psychological well-being, and social adaptation. Pedagogical requirements for effective professional communication are substantiated, and theoretical as well as practical approaches to improving speech culture in preschool education are discussed.
