FORMATION OF MANAGEMENT CULTURE AMONG LEADERS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

Abstract

This study examines the theoretical and practical foundations of forming management culture among leaders of preschool education institutions. It emphasizes the role of professional competence, leadership qualities, communication culture, teamwork skills, strategic planning, and innovative management approaches in effective institutional leadership. The paper also addresses key aspects such as efficient organization of the pedagogical process, staff motivation, strengthening cooperation with parents, and enhancing social responsibility. The findings aim to improve managerial practices, increase the quality of education and the educational environment, and provide practical recommendations for developing methodological support. Furthermore, the study focuses on sustainable development, digital management systems, monitoring mechanisms, professional growth, in-service training, internal control, and the implementation of quality management systems to enhance overall effectiveness in preschool education institutions.
