This article discusses the principles of management and the fundamental concepts of management theory. Management principles serve as guidelines and rules for managers in the effective implementation of management functions. They possess both objective aspects (arising from the laws of management) and subjective aspects (as products of human cognitive activity). The article emphasizes that, in order to ensure effective management, these principles must be clear and scientifically grounded.
