CORPORATE MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES: FOUNDATIONS, PRACTICES, AND MODERN TRENDS

Abstract
Corporate management plays a crucial role in ensuring organizational sustainability, competitiveness, and responsible decision-making. The principles of corporate management—such as accountability, transparency, fairness, responsibility, stakeholder orientation, and strategic leadership—serve as the foundation for effective governance and long-term success. This article explores the theoretical foundations of corporate management, analyzes its key principles, and discusses modern practices based on international standards such as the OECD guidelines and ESG frameworks. It also highlights the challenges faced by corporations in adapting to digitalization, globalization, and ethical demands. The study concludes that strong corporate management not only enhances firm performance but also builds trust among stakeholders and strengthens corporate reputation.
