INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the management of preschool education institutions in the context of New Uzbekistan based on international standards and best practices. It highlights key principles of effective governance, including child-centered approaches, inclusivity, digital management systems, quality assurance, and the development of leadership competencies. The study compares the national preschool management model with the recommendations of UNESCO, UNICEF, and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). The research substantiates the importance of implementing modern managerial mechanisms to enhance institutional sustainability and innovative capacity within the framework of the "New Uzbekistan" development strategy.
