This article discusses the democratic reforms being implemented in Uzbekistan, the critical analysis of social relations, the education and healthcare systems, and the innovations in state and public administration. It highlights the importance of openly identifying existing problems, searching for modern solutions, establishing direct communication with the population, and ensuring that state institutions serve the people.
