Abstract

This article discusses the formation of a healthy lifestyle, the process of physical, mental and social health, the impact of health thinking on social strata, better understanding of health information by individuals with a high level of education, international experiences and practical approaches to improving health thinking and ensuring social equality, and issues of state policies and programs aimed at improving health thinking.
