DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN SOCIAL MANAGEMENT: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE AND PROSPECTS FOR IMPLEMENTATION IN UZBEKISTAN

Abstract
This article examines the significance of digital transformation in social management, analyzing international experiences in this field and the prospects for their implementation in Uzbekistan. The study explores how digital technologies enhance the efficiency of public administration and social sector systems, using examples from advanced foreign practices. Additionally, the article analyzes the existing opportunities and challenges in developing digital transformation in Uzbekistan’s social management sectors and provides practical recommendations for overcoming these issues. The research findings hold scientific and practical value in improving social governance processes through modern technologies.
