This article examines the issues of developing students’ information competence within a credit-modular education system. It analyzes the psychological and pedagogical impact of computer technologies on the learning process, as well as challenges related to human-computer interaction. The significance of learner-centered approaches, the stimulation of creative thinking, and neuropsychological methods are substantiated.
