Abstract

This article examines the growing demand for highly qualified specialists in higher education institutions in the modern labor market. Examples are provided to demonstrate the quality and effectiveness of educational services, which enhance professional training, skills, and intellectual potential of the population and, ultimately, positively impact the country's macroeconomic indicators by increasing labor productivity. Suggestions and comments are also provided.
