Abstract

 This article examines the role of future psychology in the development of human capital under the conditions of rapid social transformation, digitalization, globalization, and the increasing importance of intellectual and emotional resources in modern society. Human capital is considered not only as a set of professional knowledge and skills, but also as an integrated system of psychological potential, motivation, emotional intelligence, creativity, resilience, social adaptability, and lifelong learning capacity.
