This article focuses on predicting the predictors that determine the level of professional preparation of students enrolled in pedagogical education programs. The study identifies that such predictors as communicative competence,. organizatinal skills, subject orientation, intelligence, and supportiveness play a significant role in forecasting the extent to which future teachers develop the qualities required for successful professional activity during their pedagogiocal training.
