This article examines the role of tutors in promoting the spiritual and moral development of university students. The study highlights the importance of ethical guidance, mentorship, and individual attention in fostering students’ values, responsibility, and inner culture. It also discusses strategies and best practices that tutors can apply to create a supportive and value-driven academic environment.
