This article examines the fact that developing independent work skills in primary school students is one of the most important components of the educational process, the fact that students' ability to work independently directly impacts their academic performance, various methods for developing independent work skills in students based on innovative approaches in the modern education system, and didactic mechanisms for developing student skills such as creative thinking, problem solving, and time management through innovative approaches.
