Abstract

This study examines ESL education policies in the United Kingdom, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan, highlighting differences in approaches, challenges, and outcomes. It analyzes how sociopolitical contexts shape policy effectiveness and emphasizes the need for hybrid models, improved teacher training, and equitable resource distribution to enhance language learning outcomes
