Abstract

The article is aimed at studying the formation of the basic professional-pedagogical competencies of a teacher in modern conditions through the use of various methods, such as test interviews, interviews, questionnaires, pedagogical observation, learning tasks and the method of linear correlations. As a result, the formation of professional and pedagogical competencies requires the organization of the educational process, in which, instead of transferring knowledge from the teacher to the student, a new format of subject-subject interaction is introduced. In conclusion, the formation of basic professional and pedagogical competencies helps to increase the level and quality of pedagogical work in modern education.
