This article provides a comprehensive scientific and methodological analysis of safe methods for developing strength qualities in school-aged athletes. The study examines age-related anatomical and physiological characteristics, principles of gradual load progression, and the importance of correct exercise technique in strength training. It substantiates that strength development in children and adolescents must be organized on the basis of safety, systematic planning, and pedagogical control. The findings indicate that properly selected exercises, moderate workloads, and continuous monitoring ensure effective strength development without negative impact on the growing organism.
