This scientific article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the content and priority areas of spiritual and educational reforms being implemented in the context of New Uzbekistan. The issues of glorifying human dignity, preserving and developing national values, and educating young people in a spiritually perfect manner are highlighted. The need to improve spiritual and educational policy based on the harmony of national and universal values in the context of globalization is also substantiated.
