PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF DEVELOPING PERSONAL QUALITIES OF ADOLESCENT ATHLETES

This thesis analyzes the psychological characteristics of developing personal qualities in adolescent athletes. The study highlights the role of developmental psychology, emotional and motivational aspects of sports activity, as well as social factors affecting the athlete’s personality formation. Psychological support, motivation enhancement, family involvement, the coach’s pedagogical approach, and a healthy psychological environment are recommended as key factors in developing personal qualities.
