THE ROLE OF REHABILITATION AND EXERCISE THERAPY IN IMPROVING CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM ADAPTATION IN CHILDREN WITH CONNECTIVE TISSUE DYSPLASIA
Main Article Content
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to assess the level of adaptation of the cardiovascular system to physical exertion and the nature of its impairments in children with connective tissue dysplasia (CTD), as well as to determine the effectiveness of a complex of therapeutic physical exercises combined with rehabilitation measures. The study examines the impact of a rehabilitation-based approach on the functional parameters of the cardiovascular system, the degree of restoration of adaptation mechanisms, and the clinical significance of an individualized exercise program.
Conclusion: The obtained data indicate that in children with connective tissue dysplasia, the cardiovascular system demonstrates reduced adaptation to physical exertion. Rehabilitation measures, including dosed physical activity and breathing exercises, significantly improve this process, enhance cardiac functional capacity, and increase resistance to fatigue. A comprehensive approach improves the overall condition of the child and facilitates faster adaptation to daily activities.
