This abstract covers the formation, stages of development and specific aspects of the psychological service system in the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) countries. It analyzes the role of psychological service in the fields of education, healthcare, labor and social protection, its regulatory and legal framework, and the influence of national and cultural factors. It also shows the methods used in the process of providing psychological services in the CIS countries, the system of training specialists, and common and different aspects of practical activities. The abstract substantiates the importance of psychological service in ensuring personal development, social adaptation and mental health.
