Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the attitudes of physical education and sports teachers towards educational games. The research was conducted using the survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, in order to analyze teachers’ perspectives on educational games. The study was carried out with physical education teachers working at Asia International University, and the sample consisted of 10 volunteer teachers who participated willingly. According to the results, the variable of type of education had a statistically significant impact on the sub-dimension of positive attitude. It was also found that the age variable played a significant role in teachers' overall attitudes, particularly in their positive attitudes toward educational games. However, no statistically significant differences were observed between the variables of gender, sports experience, years of service, and employment status with respect to the sub-dimensions of positive, negative, and overall attitudes.
