Abstract

This article examines the main psychological characteristics of a leader, their role, and significance in the management process. It also analyzes the individual psychological qualities of a leader, leadership skills, emotional stability, and factors affecting the decision-making process. The article is intended for students and specialists in the field of management psychology.
