Abstract

This article analyzes the characteristics of perfectionism among primary school teachers in comparison with teachers of other subjects. The study compares self-oriented and socially prescribed perfectionism and examines their relationship with the professional role of teachers. The article also proposes recommendations for preventing maladaptive perfectionism and strengthening teachers’ professional resilience.
